- •Relevante Recruiting-Daten und Kennzahlen stets im Blick behalten
- •Effektive Sourcing-Strategien entwickeln und Pipelines via LinkedIn aufbauen
- •Recruiting-Projekte, KPIs und SLAs kontinuierlich weiterentwickeln
- •Kreative Ideen zur Optimierung der Recruiting-Prozesse einbringen
- •Verantwortung für On-Campus Recruiting oder Employer Branding übernehmen
