Requirements

  • Led technical recruiting teams in high-growth, global environment, ideally enterprise software, AI, or deep tech
  • Operate as trusted advisor to executive technical leaders, influencing decisions with credibility, data, and insight
  • Moved beyond reactive hiring into proactive talent strategy, building pipelines, communities, and brand ahead of demand
  • Strong understanding of European technical talent landscape, including key markets, universities, and competitor dynamics
  • Strategic and hands-on, comfortable setting direction and engaging directly in complex, high-impact searches
  • Leverage data, KPIs, and recruiting analytics to drive decisions, measure impact, and improve performance
  • Energized by innovation in Talent Acquisition, including AI, automation, and new tools

Tasks

  • Lead a high-performing Talent Acquisition team
  • Set high standards for execution and sourcing
  • Partner with senior R&D leadership on workforce planning
  • Influence technical team building and location strategy
  • Build proactive talent ecosystems in Europe
  • Develop deep pipelines in AI/ML, data science, and engineering
  • Drive data-led recruiting with KPIs and analytics
  • Identify and mitigate hiring risks proactively
  • Lead Talent Acquisition transformation initiatives
  • Adopt AI and automation for enhanced sourcing and engagement
  • Elevate Nexthink’s R&D employer brand in EMEA
  • Strengthen technical community presence through campaigns
  • Build strategic partnerships with universities and research institutions
  • Design a best-in-class early careers program
  • Enable strong conversion of interns to full-time roles
  • Lead critical searches for senior roles in AI, data, and product
  • Coach leaders and recruiters on talent assessment
  • Improve hiring practices across the organization
