- Strong understanding of European technical talent landscape, including key markets, universities, and competitor dynamics
- Strategic and hands-on, comfortable setting direction and engaging directly in complex, high-impact searches
- Leverage data, KPIs, and recruiting analytics to drive decisions, measure impact, and improve performance
- Energized by innovation in Talent Acquisition, including AI, automation, and new tools

- Enable strong conversion of interns to full-time roles
- Lead critical searches for senior roles in AI, data, and product
- Coach leaders and recruiters on talent assessment
