Description

In this role, you will lead strategic initiatives from start to finish, coordinating teams and managing multiple projects while ensuring clear communication and alignment with stakeholders. Your focus on digitalization will enhance processes and improve client experiences.

Requirements

• •5–10 years of relevant experience ideally as a management consultant or in project management within financial services
• •Proven track record of leading complex projects autonomously
• •Familiarity with private banking services, products, and processes
• •Ability to build consensus and influence across organizational boundaries
• •Strong results orientation, sense of urgency, and prioritization skills
• •Excellent communication, presentation, and networking abilities
• •Fluency in English and French (German is a plus)
• •Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel)
• •Strategic perspective on digitalization and its acceleration
