- Collaborate with Talent and Finance teams for system integration
- Manage data integration between On systems and external vendors
- Communicate with authorities, insurances, and benefit providers
- Design payroll processes aligned with internal SOX controls
- Optimize and automate payroll processes and systems
- Set up payroll operations in new markets
- Conduct regular audits of payroll records
- Report on ESS (equity) and fringe benefits
- Ensure compliance with complex employment setups
- Take over payroll for new markets as they open
