- Design technical playbooks and workflows
- Develop partner programs
- Craft technical content for customers
- Deliver platform demos tailored to customer needs
- Execute technical POCs for high-stakes use cases
- Distill field feedback for Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales
- Influence the product roadmap
