Tasks
- •Collaborate with software sales account teams and delivery partners
- •Proactively create new service opportunities
- •Manage the end-to-end forecasting process for service opportunities
- •Meet and exceed sales quotas for impact, implementation services, and training
- •Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding customers' digital transformation roadmaps
- •Lead the team in solutioning, scoping, and proposal development
- •Execute value-based selling for service opportunities
- •Engage early in the sales process to understand customer needs and success criteria
- •Identify new service opportunities by addressing potential use cases
- •Consult with clients to analyze engagement scope, requirements, and benefits
- •Estimate and develop statement of work documents as needed
- •Resolve delivery challenges and manage expectations
