Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years experience in material quality, supplier quality, or semiconductor manufacturing
  • Certified auditor (VDA 6.3, ISO 19011, or equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of material quality, process control, and risk management in manufacturing
  • Ability to independently manage complex material and supplier quality issues
  • Experience with structured quality methods (8D, Six Sigma, or equivalent)

Tasks

  • Ensure quality, robustness, and long-term reliability of raw materials
  • Manage complex material and supplier quality issues
  • Contribute to supplier quality strategy
  • Support supplier and team capability development
  • Drive material quality approach for critical raw materials
  • Define and improve CTQ concepts and control strategies
  • Lead material quality investigations for deviations, yield, and reliability
  • Monitor and develop supplier performance
  • Implement corrective actions effectively
  • Lead material qualification, requalification, and change management
  • Support production with technical expertise
  • Troubleshoot and assist during production ramp-up
  • Drive cross-functional improvement initiatives
  • Enhance quality, reliability, and cost efficiency
  • Act as a technical reference
  • Mentor engineers
  • Strengthen supplier and team capabilities
