Senior Quality Engineer(m/w/x)

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in material quality, supplier quality, or semiconductor manufacturing
- Certified auditor (VDA 6.3, ISO 19011, or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of material quality, process control, and risk management in manufacturing
- Ability to independently manage complex material and supplier quality issues
- Experience with structured quality methods (8D, Six Sigma, or equivalent)
Tasks
- Ensure quality, robustness, and long-term reliability of raw materials
- Manage complex material and supplier quality issues
- Contribute to supplier quality strategy
- Support supplier and team capability development
- Drive material quality approach for critical raw materials
- Define and improve CTQ concepts and control strategies
- Lead material quality investigations for deviations, yield, and reliability
- Monitor and develop supplier performance
- Implement corrective actions effectively
- Lead material qualification, requalification, and change management
- Support production with technical expertise
- Troubleshoot and assist during production ramp-up
- Drive cross-functional improvement initiatives
- Enhance quality, reliability, and cost efficiency
- Act as a technical reference
- Mentor engineers
- Strengthen supplier and team capabilities
