- Align and guide Quality Managers in Lenzburg and Prague
- Advance ISO 9001 compliance and transform toward IATF 16949
- Oversee customer quality support and failure analysis operations
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Develop training programs to embed quality culture and awareness
- Collaborate with R&D, supply chain, and manufacturing
