Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field or Master's degree or Ph.D.
- Extensive experience in wafer photolithography operations, coating and exposure in Steppers
- Familiarity with automated wafer factory software systems (SPC, MES)
- Experience with data extraction, manipulation, and analysis
- Strong understanding of optics and immersion lithography
- Proficiency in data science and programming
- Good English language skills
- Good German language skills
- Ability to work in a cleanroom environment
Tasks
- Develop and optimize photolithography processes
- Work with advanced lithography equipment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ensure high-quality production standards
- Meet production program and yield goals
- Address product yield and rework issues
- Engage with equipment and material vendors
- Develop new solutions and improve processes
- Develop new techniques and modify existing designs
- Coordinate process improvement projects
- Analyze process data to identify trends
- Optimize process performance
- Troubleshoot issues
- Implement and check SPC
- Plan and implement new machinery
- Work closely with process integration teams
- Work closely with wet etch teams
- Work closely with diffusion teams
- Work closely with metals teams
- Work closely with dry etch teams
- Work closely with implant teams
- Support metrology tools for CD and Overlay measurements
- Perform on-call duties on weekends and public holidays
- Participate in on-call meetings
