Requirements

  • 10+ years IT Infrastructure Project Management experience
  • Strong understanding of IT/OT architecture
  • Experience implementing OT environments, IAM integration, or directory services
  • Knowledge of infrastructure technologies
  • Experience in regulated environments
  • Familiarity with GxP, FDA compliance, validation processes
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Degree in IT, Engineering, or related field
  • PMP or Prince2 certification
  • Fluent in English

Tasks

  • Lead OT infrastructure project planning and delivery
  • Implement global OT domain architecture
  • Align OT architecture with enterprise security standards
  • Improve OT authentication and authorization governance
  • Enable centralized OT user account management
  • Integrate OT management with MyAccess IAM
  • Reduce operational risk by eliminating legacy systems
  • Coordinate IT, OT, Engineering, QC, Logistics, and Security stakeholders
  • Manage project scope, timeline, and budget
  • Manage project risks and reporting
  • Ensure delivery aligns with IT security policies
  • Ensure delivery aligns with GxP standards
  • Ensure delivery aligns with regulatory requirements
  • Lead steering committee meetings
  • Provide executive-level reporting
  • Maintain project documentation
  • Maintain project governance standards
  • Maintain project delivery tracking
