Requirements
- •University Degree in a scientific area or absolved apprenticeship in a pharmaceutical environment
- •Profound experience in a GMP regulated environment
- •Experience with Lean / Six Sigma in a Quality related environment
- •Certified Green Belt or higher
- •PowerBI and/or Minitab knowledge
- •Fluent German and good English language skills
- •Strong ability to collaborate effectively
Education
Bachelor's degree
OR
Vocational certification
Work Experience
approx. 4 - 6 years
Tasks
- •Drive process standardization and efficiency according to Lonza’s LBMS standards
- •Support the implementation of a Lean Batch Release program on site
- •Establish Quality Excellence CoE and PMO structures to standardize, simplify, and digitalize key quality processes
- •Facilitate the embedding of a LEAN culture of continuous improvement within Quality
- •Monitor and report on Quality performance KPIs for the Visp site, initiating activities to achieve departmental targets
- •Support multi-disciplinary project teams and hold members accountable for project goals and timelines
- •Share best practices within the Visp site and the broader Lonza Pharma network
