- Management consulting experience
- Language proficiency in English and German (C level)
- Creativity and comfort running programs independently in a startup-paced environment
- Success driving complex issues through analysis and resolution
- Industry domain expertise
- Large program experience leading architecture and design
- Enterprise architecture experience
- Cloud application technology experience
- ServiceNow certifications in aligned workflow
- Ability to travel
- Right to work in the country of application
Tasks
- Advise customers on establishing a technical foundation in the ServiceNow Platform
- Design solutions that deliver desired outcomes
- Guide customers and partners on instance strategy and technical governance
- Ensure best practices for core data and integrations
- Collaborate with executive teams and platform owners during solution implementation
- Serve as an architectural advisor across multiple engagements
- Provide architectural knowledge across various workflows
- Build relationships with CoEI and business leaders to support digital transformation
- Translate customer goals into actionable roadmaps
- Convert business and technical requirements into architectural blueprints
- Engage with Enterprise Architects to position ServiceNow as a standard platform
- Manage technical governance and delivery operating models
- Ensure platform health by reducing technical debt with the engagement team
- Support sales by scoping and estimating engagements and change orders
- Contribute expertise on leading practices related to the ServiceNow platform
