  • Extensive experience in pricing, costing, merchandise planning, forecasting, or buying
  • Experience and proven ability in coaching, mentoring, and leading a team
  • Very strong knowledge of Excel
  • Edited, NPD, Tableau and BI reporting tools expertise
  • Experience with product forecasting, statistical modeling, or strategic planning
  • Strong analytical skills

Tasks

  • Support developing and implementing tools for margin strategy
  • Champion revenue growth and margin management principles
  • Improve profitability
  • Collaborate with Global Product leaders, Planning, Supply Chain, GTM, and Finance
  • Create strategy and execution plans for brand goals
  • Monitor and manage pricing strategy
  • Drive profit-related decisions through go-to-market
  • Meet gross margin business requirements
  • Analyze consumer/marketplace price elasticity trends
  • Support developing analytical frameworks for merchandising strategies
  • Provide qualitative and quantitative analysis on business performance
  • Conduct global analysis of product KPIs
  • Identify long-term risks and opportunities
  • Research macroeconomic and industry trends impacting margin
  • Develop, update, and maintain pricing strategies
  • Test and deploy best practices
  • Evaluate cost/benefit of pricing models
  • Maximize and scale margin on new and carryover products
  • Determine and set competitive prices
  • Gain market share and achieve revenue goals
  • Optimize margin
  • Develop product, go-to-market, P&L, and pricing strategies globally
  • Ensure product merchandising aligns with financial and brand strategies

  • Support teams to hit necessary costs/margins
  • Perform variance analysis
  • Develop tools to analyze global market competition
  • Identify risks and opportunities throughout the line
  • Provide costing and margin reporting for decision making
  • Keep global leadership informed of challenges
  • Reconcile margins against financial targets
  • Identify and resolve margin outliers
  • Identify opportunities to improve margin on products
  • Ensure costs are available in line with critical path
  • Liaise with regional Finance and Operations on analysis
  • Analyze revenue, pricing, and profit/margin
