  • Experience in outdoor performance or sustainable apparel sector preferred
  • High computer literacy and affinity for technology
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Deep understanding of Product Line Management (Enovia, Flex) solutions
  • Flexibility to work and travel internationally
  • Ability to attend meetings early mornings or evenings

Tasks

  • Lead and unify Merchandising Business Analysis and Product Merchandising teams
  • Drive product excellence through the GTM process from concept to finished goods
  • Ensure alignment with brand strategy, global business needs, sourcing capabilities, and quality standards
  • Plan, brief, price, and execute product GTM to meet business and timeline expectations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with a multi-season time horizon perspective
  • Support the Global Product Director’s strategic vision and inspire the team
  • Develop and implement guidelines and processes for successful product delivery
  • Coach and provide growth opportunities for Product Merchandising associates
  • Translate consumer and marketplace insights into clear product briefs
  • Guide product execution with a focus on profitability and efficiency
  • Identify new commercial opportunities and manage product lifecycles
  • Serve as the operational interface between internal and external stakeholders
  • Facilitate transparent communication and collaboration on product strategies
  • Lead the implementation of the global product strategy
  • Ensure cross-functional seasonal alignment in the GTM process
  • Prepare compelling seasonal product assortment plans and pricing architectures
  • Gather and use marketplace insights to inform and improve product direction
  • Develop strong relationships with Regional Merchandising teams
  • Introduce new icebreaker products with clear direction to design and development
  • Deliver inspiring product presentations to support the GTM process
  • Empower regional stakeholders with seasonal product strategy and new product features
  • Report to the Global Product Director on team progress and cross-functional initiatives
  • Contribute to high-level strategic planning and decision-making
