Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years experience in Technical Customer Success, Salesforce CRM, SaaS platform use, project leadership, technology solutions development, technical solutions, or solutions architecture
  • Experience with Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud or competing platform
  • 4+ years experience in management consulting
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Skills for analyzing technical concepts and translating to business terms
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts in business terms
  • Knowledge of software development process and design methodologies
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams for customer needs resolution
  • Experience working with NGO customers
  • Salesforce product certifications are a plus
  • Knowledge of Salesforce products and features
  • Experience working with Enterprise-level customers

Tasks

  • Serve as a trusted advisor for customer organizations
  • Forge deep relationships with customers and account teams
  • Maintain awareness of key customer events and needs
  • Help customers achieve maximum value from Salesforce investment
  • Manage expectations and communications during major incidents
  • Orchestrate all Signature deliverables and experiences
  • Cultivate stakeholder relationships with IT and business leaders
  • Coordinate completion of Signature Success services
  • Provide proactive Salesforce feature guidance
  • Advise on adoption of new Salesforce features
  • Identify and mitigate implementation risks
  • Communicate the value of Signature Success
  • Ensure collaborators understand Signature Success value
  • Advocate for customers during high-severity case resolution
  • Travel to customer sites as needed
  • Be available for after-hour or weekend coverage
