Tasks
- Work closely with EU and Global Commercial teams
- Ensure organization and maintenance of contracts and records
- Draft and review Global Commercial agreements
- Train and educate internal stakeholders on contracting processes
- Manage and store electronic contract documents
- Retrieve and provide contract copies upon request
- Ensure timely execution and uploading of contracts
- Serve as lead point of contact for contract triaging and assessment
- Support EU business partners on Global Commercial Contracting
- Coordinate with Compliance, Legal, and Procurement functions
- Provide expertise on contracting strategy and negotiations
- Ensure legal aspects align with internal guidelines
- Identify and resolve business process issues
- Recommend solutions and alternatives
- Exercise discretion in discussing business and legal concerns
- Engage resources from other departments as needed
- Support Business Owners and stakeholders on contract options
- Recognize and escalate problematic contract terms
- Participate in cross-functional projects for process improvement
- Organize and prioritize work to meet organizational needs
- Maintain keen attention to detail and multitask effectively
