Requirements
- Strong 2nd level desktop support skills
- Proficiency with end-user devices and mobile device setup
- Experience with Wi-Fi/WLAN and video conferencing tools
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure and basic troubleshooting
- Knowledge of ITSM tools and ITIL V3 Foundation certification
- Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Presentation and training abilities for small groups
- Good English and German skills
Tasks
- Set up and maintain end-user hardware
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level IT support via ServiceNow
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware issues
- Take ownership of complex incidents
- Manage incidents and problems
- Support local IT projects and rollouts
- Maintain accurate asset records in the central CMDB
- Serve as primary IT support at your location
- Provide occasional support for other sites across Europe
- Participate in IT-related projects
- Provide remote and on-site support as needed
- Be available for on-call support
- Represent and promote IT services within the organization
