- Excellent German and English communication skills
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- ITIL, Network A+, or Microsoft certifications
- Willingness to travel to office locations
Tasks
- Deliver exceptional IT support across global offices
- Serve as the primary escalation point for critical technical issues
- Coach and mentor IT Support Analysts
- Act as a trusted advisor to high-profile stakeholders
- Provide best-in-class support to C-level executives and senior leadership
- Resolve first- and second-line technical issues via multiple channels
- Manage IT incidents and service requests independently
- Follow ITIL-based incident and service request management best practices
- Ensure compliance with SLA and KPI requirements
- Maintain regional office IT environments
- Travel regionally or internationally when required
