Requirements

  • 10+ years IT infrastructure project management experience
  • Strong IT/OT architecture understanding
  • Experience implementing OT environments, IAM integration, or directory services
  • Knowledge of infrastructure technologies (servers, firewalls, LAN/WAN, data centers, network security)
  • Experience in regulated environments (pharmaceutical or similar)
  • Familiarity with GxP, FDA compliance, and validation processes
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • IT, Engineering, or related degree
  • PMP or Prince2 certification
  • Fluent English and German

Tasks

  • Lead planning and delivery of OT infrastructure projects
  • Implement global OT domain architecture
  • Improve authentication and authorization governance
  • Enable centralized OT user account management
  • Reduce operational risk by eliminating legacy systems
  • Coordinate stakeholders across IT, OT, Engineering, QC, Logistics, and Security
  • Manage project scope, timeline, budget, risks, and reporting
  • Ensure delivery aligns with IT security policies
  • Ensure compliance with GxP standards and regulatory requirements
  • Lead steering committee meetings
  • Provide executive-level reporting
  • Maintain project documentation
  • Maintain governance standards
  • Track project delivery
