Requirements

  • •University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
  • •5+ years of experience in Business Analysis or Requirements Engineering
  • •Deep understanding of the Swiss payment industry
  • •Transformation mindset with empathy and diplomacy
  • •Ability to read API documentation and write SQL queries
  • •Fluency in German and English at presentation and negotiation levels
  • •At least 5 years of experience in Sales/Business Development
  • •Flexibility for travel within Switzerland
  • •Very good German and English skills; negotiation-level French skills

  • •Lead end-to-end requirements analysis throughout the project lifecycle
  • •Create high-quality artifacts including Business Requirement Documents, User Stories, and Use Cases
  • •Analyze the organizational, financial, and compliance impact of new ideas
  • •Visualize complex workflows using BPMN 2.0, UML, and ERM
  • •Adapt to a hybrid environment with agile and waterfall methodologies
  • •Mentor the organization on professional business analysis standards
  • •Collaborate with project teams to deliver holistic solutions
  • •Define clear success criteria and perform pre-validation testing
