Description

In this role, you will support and enhance Private Clients applications by conducting user acceptance testing, collaborating with various teams, and maintaining documentation. Your contributions will drive process improvements and ensure effective tool adoption across the organization.

Requirements

• •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• •At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Engineer in the banking industry, ideally with a focus on E-Banking
• •Solid understanding of client-facing applications, UX processes, and software development
• •Experience in application testing, including UAT, defect tracking, and test case creation
• •Strong attention to detail and ability to create and maintain clear, detailed feature documentation
• •Basic programming knowledge (e.g., SQL) and experience with Avaloq AFP
• •Passion for improving user experiences and maintaining high-quality standards
• •Strong communication skills, with ability to grasp complex ideas and explain them to different audiences
• •Collaborative mindset, working closely with Private Clients platform teams
• •Fluency in both English and German

Tasks

• •Design user acceptance testing (UAT) cases
• •Execute tests to validate new features
• •Document bugs and issues during testing
• •Collaborate with developers to resolve issues
• •Maintain comprehensive feature documentation
• •Work with UX, core banking, and CRM/CLM teams
• •Contribute innovative ideas to improve processes
• •Assist in training internal teams on tools and processes
• •Keep technical and user documentation up to date
• •Ensure clear communication across all organizational levels
