Requirements

  • •At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Engineer in the banking industry
  • •Solid understanding of client-facing applications, UX processes, and software development
  • •Experience in application testing, including UAT, defect tracking, and test case creation
  • •Strong attention to detail and ability to create and maintain clear, detailed feature documentation
  • •Basic programming knowledge (e.g., SQL) and experience with Avaloq AFP
  • •Passion for improving user experiences and maintaining high-quality standards
  • •Strong communication skills with ability to explain complex ideas to different audiences
  • •Collaborative mindset working closely with Private Clients platform teams
  • •Fluency in both English and German

  • •Design user acceptance testing (UAT) cases
  • •Execute tests to validate new features
  • •Document bugs and issues during testing
  • •Collaborate with developers to resolve issues
  • •Maintain comprehensive feature documentation
  • •Work with UX, core banking, and CRM/CLM teams
  • •Contribute innovative ideas to improve processes
  • •Assist in training internal teams on tools and processes
  • •Keep technical and user documentation up to date
  • •Ensure clear communication across all organizational levels
