- •Previous roles in large global matrixed Fortune 500 organization
- •Experience in Medical device, Technology, Healthcare, or Consumer Product industry
- •Proficiency in HRIS software (Workday, Kronos) and Microsoft Office suite
- •Proficiency in HR analytics and data-driven decision-making
- •Regular travel required between different sites in France and Switzerland
- •Expertise in talent management, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness
- •Results-oriented approach and strong influencing skills
- •Ability to build authentic relationships
