- Act as Global Process Lead for HR
- Own end-to-end HR processes and governance framework
- Support design, standardization, and harmonization of HR & HSEQ processes
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and data protection
- Build scalable and efficient processes with Shared Services Organization
- Define and monitor process KPIs for efficiency, quality, and compliance
- Deliver actionable insights and updates to CHRO and senior leadership
- Partner with Group IT to improve and develop HCM architecture
- Drive automation and innovation in HR & HSEQ IT systems
- Ensure data integrity and cybersecurity compliance
- Prepare business cases for strategic investments and cost optimizations
- Lead global change initiatives with effective communication and training
- Implement feedback loops and benchmarking for operational excellence
