Requirements

  • Degree or vocational training in the digital field
  • Experience in HR and familiarity with Workday HCM Suite
  • Analytical thinking, quick comprehension, and independent, flexible work approach
  • Sense of data protection, information security, and confidentiality
  • Enjoyment of agile working and familiarity with Scrum, product ownership, and Jira
  • Fluency in English and advantage of German, Dutch, or Spanish

Tasks

  • Develop and optimize the group-wide Workday HCM solution
  • Focus on Recruitment, Learning, Talent, Time Tracking, and Absence modules
  • Create a strategic roadmap aligned with company goals
  • Design and configure HR processes within Workday
  • Provide support, training, and documentation for HR colleagues
  • Maintain the backlog with prioritized user stories
  • Develop and refine MVPs through stakeholder testing
  • Collaborate with external partners on system optimizations
