Requirements
- Degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field
- Several years of experience in HSEQ roles, industrial, engineering, or energy sectors; Oil & Gas or Nuclear sector experience a plus; multi-country environments experience
- Desirable certifications: Safety Manager, QM Auditor, occupational Health manager
- Strong knowledge of HSEQ regulations, occupational health & safety, environmental standards, and industry best practices
- Experience with behavior-based safety and safety culture development
- Proven ability to implement HSEQ programs, drive continuous improvement, and support strategic initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with confident application of data analysis, reporting, and risk assessment methods
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, ability to work across countries, cultures, and hierarchical levels
- Fluent English language skills required; German language skills a plus
- Willingness to travel internationally required
Tasks
- Drive global HSEQ harmonization
- Implement and develop HSEQ programs
- Translate Group requirements into practical guidance
- Support operational teams in adopting systems
- Identify risks and improvement opportunities
- Consolidate and analyze HSEQ KPIs
- Convert data insights into recommendations
- Strengthen digital HSEQ solution rollout
- Enhance safety culture and workforce engagement
- Organize global HSEQ communication and meetings
- Develop Global HSEQ training initiatives
- Support complex HSEQ investigations
- Foster global HSEQ collaboration
- Collaborate on ISO Management systems
- Guide matrix certification of ISO standards
- Support internal audit program
