- •Support the development of a partner alliances strategy
- •Identify potential partners and evaluate partnership opportunities
- •Define partnership models aligned with organizational goals
- •Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners
- •Manage partner performance and address issues or concerns
- •Identify and pursue new business opportunities through partnerships
- •Assess client needs and leverage partner capabilities
- •Provide direction for strategic programs and executive engagements
- •Lead negotiations and execution of partnership agreements
- •Ensure favorable terms while maintaining win-win outcomes
- •Track and measure partner alliance performance against KPIs
- •Analyze data to identify areas for improvement
- •Implement corrective actions as needed
- •Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align activities
- •Coordinate joint marketing campaigns and product integrations
- •Represent the organization at industry forums and events
- •Build brand awareness and establish thought leadership
- •Coach the senior alliance management team for alignment

- •Conduct due diligence and monitor compliance with regulations
- •Define and implement partner alliances policies and guidelines
- •Deliver training and coaching to enable continuous improvement
- •Act as a change agent to promote best practices in management
