Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, master’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 7+ years of HR experience or advanced degree with 5+ years of experience
- Work experience in managing multiple manufacturing sites
- Previous roles in large global matrixed Fortune 500 organization
- Successful track record of implementing HR programs
- Experience in Medical device, Technology, Healthcare, or Consumer Product industry
- Proficiency in HRIS software (Workday, Kronos) and Microsoft Office suite
- Proficiency in HR analytics and data-driven decision-making
- Regular travel required between different sites in France and Switzerland
- Results-oriented approach and strong influencing skills
- Solution-oriented mindset and critical thinking
- Flexibility and adaptability to industry changes
Tasks
- Provide strategic consultation on organizational design and transformation
- Lead change management initiatives
- Develop strategic workforce planning
- Enhance leadership effectiveness
- Drive employee engagement and retention strategies
- Facilitate talent development and coaching
- Support time-bound HR initiatives
- Collaborate with manufacturing leaders to build strong teams
- Develop relationships with site leaders to drive business results
- Contribute to site leadership teams for overall success
- Advance and operationalize the HR model in partnership with GLS and HRSSC
- Design and implement HR strategies for French and Swiss sites
- Lead organizational transformation initiatives
- Identify critical capabilities for business strategy execution
- Guide sites in planning and adapting to change
- Translate business needs into talent actions
- Enable leaders to achieve outcomes through effective teams
- Provide solutions for organizational effectiveness
- Anticipate long-term HR needs and trends
- Partner with leaders to foster a performance-driven culture
- Lead and develop team members if managing a team
- Monitor competitive landscape for trends and opportunities
- Leverage data to drive impactful business actions
