Tasks

• Direct European distribution and customer service operations
• Align physical and financial product flows
• Manage relationships with distributors and 3PL providers
• Design and manage the customer services portfolio
• Develop comprehensive distribution strategies for Europe
• Oversee ambient and cold chain product delivery
• Select and monitor wholesaler performance via SAP
• Coordinate distribution channels with sales and marketing
• Implement innovative programs to enhance customer satisfaction
• Oversee the SAP ERP order-to-cash process
