Tasks

• •Direct European distribution and customer service operations
• •Align physical and financial product flows
• •Manage relationships with distributors and 3PL providers
• •Design and manage the customer services portfolio
• •Develop comprehensive distribution strategies for Europe
• •Oversee ambient and cold chain product delivery
• •Select and monitor wholesaler performance via SAP
• •Coordinate distribution channels with sales and marketing
• •Implement innovative programs to enhance customer satisfaction
• •Oversee the SAP ERP order-to-cash process
• •Manage credit policies and tender processes
• •Conduct inventory reconciliation and SKU management
• •Ensure compliance with GDP standards across all sites
