Senior Coordinator, Distribution Process - Europe(m/w/x)

You will drive operational excellence by optimizing distribution processes and ensuring strict GDP compliance. Your day-to-day involves collaborating with global partners to refine the logistics framework.

Requirements

• •Associate degree in business administration, supply chain, or equivalent
• •4+ years pharmaceutical industry work experience
• •Mandatory English and additional European language skills
• •SAP SD/MM experience
• •Veeva knowledge as a plus
• •GDP knowledge
• •Understanding of temperature-controlled shipments basics
• •Ability to prioritize and drive initiatives
• •Proactive attitude and sense of initiative
• •Track record of making things happen
• •Solution orientation and customer focus
• •Ability to work in fast-moving environments
• •Standard computer skills, SAP, and ideally QMS

Tasks

• •Optimize the Order-to-Invoice process and distribution ecosystem
• •Ensure alignment with SOP and GDP requirements
• •Identify process optimization and automation opportunities
• •Collaborate with internal teams and external partners
• •Drive process improvements and reduce recurring issues
• •Coordinate timely documentation and resolution of issues
• •Support operational readiness for new country and product launches
• •Assist with global system enhancements in SAP and Veeva
• •Standardize distribution processes to improve efficiency and quality
• •Analyze and reduce distribution costs with Finance teams
• •Participate in SLA and performance reviews with logistics providers
• •Log distribution incidents and analyze operational data
• •Manage quality deviations within the Veeva QMS
• •Prepare and report GDP and O2I performance metrics
• •Lead root cause analysis and corrective action plans
• •Oversee the lifecycle of SOPs and work instructions
• •Manage customer master data creation and revalidation in SAP
• •Support order management operations as required
