Requirements
- •Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or scientific/technical discipline
- •Advanced degree (MBA or Master’s) preferred
- •APICS certification strongly recommended
- •Lean, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certifications preferred
- •Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in supply chain or operations leadership
- •Proven track record in regulated logistics, distribution, and import/export compliance
- •Experience driving operational transformation and digital enablement initiatives
- •Preferred demonstrated success leading multi-country and multi-site operations
- •Deep understanding of supply chain, logistics, and distribution processes
- •Strategic and analytical thinker with strong execution focus
- •Strong leadership, decision-making, and influencing skills in matrixed organizations
- •People management experience (at least 5 years)
- •Commitment to customer focus, operational excellence, and continuous improvement
- •Very good language skills in English and German

- •Lead integration and optimization of warehousing and fulfillment
- •Translate strategic objectives into operational plans
- •Ensure robust business continuity planning
- •Oversee daily supply chain operations execution
- •Maintain GMP/GDP/IATA compliance
- •Drive continuous improvement and productivity gains
- •Utilize KPIs and planning tools to optimize performance
- •Partner with global supply chain and commercial teams
- •Serve as the primary interface with global supply chain leadership
- •Strengthen operational reliability for clinical materials delivery
- •Achieve growth and profitability through optimized inventory
- •Coordinate cost-relevant actions impacting budgets
- •Contribute to capital planning and strategic investments
- •Lead and develop a geographically dispersed team
- •Build organizational capability through effective hiring and coaching
- •Champion a culture of inclusion and alignment with company values
- •Develop high-performing teams focused on continuous improvement
