Requirements

  • •Academic degree in Life Sciences, Business, Engineering, or comparable qualification
  • •2–3 years experience in Clinical Supply Chain, Planning, or similar discipline
  • •Foundational understanding of clinical trial design, demand forecasting, and supply planning
  • •Exposure to ERP systems like SAP
  • •Clear communication and presentation skills
  • •Ability to simplify technical information
  • •Solid analytical skills and logical troubleshooting approach
  • •Proficiency in Excel
  • •Enjoyment of working in cross-functional, global teams
  • •Comfort managing tasks with guided supervision

Bachelor's degree

Tasks

  • •Support demand and supply planning for all IMPs
  • •Manage inventory and distribution requirements in SAP and CLARA
  • •Adjust supply plans based on clinical assumptions
  • •Identify potential supply chain risks and costs
  • •Act as the primary contact for clinical supply topics
  • •Collaborate with Technical Development and Clinical Core Teams
  • •Coordinate cross-functional timelines for trial setup and supply
  • •Optimize supply chains using simulation techniques
  • •Suggest study design adjustments during protocol ideation
  • •Monitor drug supply-related budget planning
  • •Integrate regulatory and quality requirements into supply plans
  • •Adopt agile workflows to support stakeholder management
  • •Align supply activities with the Clinical Development Plan
