Requirements

  • 10-12+ years Pharmaceutical or Biotech experience
  • Ability to recruit and develop talent

  • Specialty product and rare disease launch experience

  • Lead sales excellence projects aligned with commercial strategy
  • Drive omnichannel engagement and execution standards

  • Design and oversee sales incentive plans
  • Lead commercial transformation and new working methods
  • Partner strategically with International GMs and Regional Heads
  • Ensure commercial processes meet regional regulations
  • Develop customer-centric performance frameworks
  • Build scalable launch excellence frameworks across International
  • Orchestrate regional launch readiness and cross-functional efforts
  • Track launch progress and drive rapid optimization
  • Direct regional CRM strategy and evolution
  • Develop data warehouses to enable advanced analytics
  • Build data infrastructure and analytical tools
  • Set up commercial reporting and planning dashboards
  • Embed predictive insights into resource allocation
  • Maintain robust data governance and compliance standards
  • Implement sales capability strategies and training roadmaps
  • Institutionalize commercial excellence best practices across markets
  • Develop a high-performing regional commercial operations community
