Requirements
- Master's degree (business, engineering) or equivalent diploma
- 1 to 3 years digital marketing experience
- Working with web analytics tools
- Knowledge of online acquisition channels (SEO, SEM, bidmanagement, display, programmatic, affiliates, email, social media)
- Fluent French and English communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of analysis, statistical software, and data visualization tools
- Good business and market understanding
- Client-facing skills
- Good team spirit
- Strong interest in new technologies and digital industry

- Follow an action plan for project delivery
- Issue step-by-step project deliverables
- Guarantee integrity of analytics data
- Analyze and interpret analytics data
- Ensure quality of client outputs
- Monitor operational implementation of outputs
- Monitor technical implementation of outputs
- Collaborate with teams to develop fifty-five's offer
- Develop marketing aspects of fifty-five's offer
- Develop technical and operational delivery of fifty-five's offer
- Monitor client's digital activity using KPIs
- Optimize onsite conversion through data analysis
- Perform web testing for conversion optimization
- Optimize online media buy
- Manage CRM activities
- Analyze data for client benefit
- Structure relevant information for clients
- Develop expertise in conversion topics
- Develop expertise in online media-buy topics
- Meet client needs
- Ensure high quality of all deliverables
- Travel occasionally within Switzerland or abroad
