Requirements

  • Offer functional support on compensation and HR projects
  • Advise line managers on compensation and benefits
  • Support HR business partners on compensation and benefits
  • Assist specialist departments with compensation and benefits
  • Act as a global SME for compensation regulations
  • Execute legal and regulatory requirements in compensation
  • Implement annual processes for Risk Takers
  • Prepare compensation and disclosure reports
  • Participate in internal audits
  • Participate in external audits
  • Collaborate with team members on existing tasks
  • Contribute to new compensation and benefits projects
  • Create customer-specific analyses
  • Conduct market data analysis
  • Perform trend studies
  • Administer compensation plans
