- Oversee GCP-compliant monitoring of outsourced Clinical Operations activities
- Conduct regular meetings and escalate issues as needed
- Select and qualify GCP/GCLP vendors for clinical outsourcing
- Conduct feasibility assessments and site selection for studies
- Manage risk and issue management at study level
- Coordinate matrix teams and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Lead project reviews and manage processes
- Escalate key issues and propose solutions or mitigation strategies
- Manage Clinical Operations vendors
- Support the Vendor Governance team with feedback and collaboration
- Provide operational support to central laboratories
- Perform administrative clinical trial tasks
- Handle finance, logistics, and communication for clinical trials
- Assign and ensure completion of study-related training
- Develop and maintain SOPs and training materials
- Mentor less experienced Clinical Operations Leads upon request
