Requirements

  • Significant leadership experience in German biopharmaceutical Commercial Operations
  • Strong grasp of market dynamics, local laws, and reporting
  • Confidence in navigating analytics
  • Fluent English communication skills
  • Desirable experience supporting pharma field sales
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 7 years of industry experience
  • 5 years in global commercial operations
  • Successful completion of background checks

Tasks

  • Provide strategic and operational leadership to Commercial Operations teams
  • Translate global commercial strategies into local tactical plans
  • Supervise performance analytics and reporting to guide business decisions
  • Manage field sizing, onboarding, and incentive tracking
  • Coordinate development for field-based staff with Commercial Training
  • Localize promotional materials alongside Marketing and IT
  • Collaborate with Compliance and Audit to maintain regulatory adherence
  • Partner with field managers to resolve operational issues
  • Coordinate contracts and logistics for Speaker Programs and Advisory Boards
  • Align oncology meetings and sponsorships with business needs
