Tasks

  • •Develop and monitor revenue forecasts for commercialized products
  • •Analyze actuals versus forecast data to identify variances
  • •Ensure accurate financial reporting
  • •Own the P&L for Germany and Canada
  • •Advise country leadership on profitability and finance matters
  • •Track and review costs, making necessary corrections
  • •Facilitate cross-functional communication between Commercial, Medical Affairs, and G&A teams
  • •Lead process improvements and enhance resource planning activities
  • •Manage headcount and budget allocations
  • •Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
  • •Provide leadership to Finance professionals and Office Managers across Europe
