Tasks

  • Build assortment structure for Retail Full Price channel
  • Cluster stores by size, location, and consumer profile
  • Define a core assortment structure for the network
  • Develop complementary assortment modules for different store types
  • Lead buying for Branded Stores
  • Monitor Branded Store performance
  • Build strategic assortments to meet financial KPIs
  • Manage Net revenue, Margin, and inventory
  • Manage all buying facets, including financial investments
  • Conduct sell-out analysis
  • Manage in-season price and inventory
  • Guide partners in building product mix and volume
  • Propose assortment recommendations aligned with product strategy
  • Support partners in building seasonal unit projections
  • Balance brand priorities with local market realities
  • Ensure alignment between product strategy and store execution
  • Structure the growing channel
  • Move to a structured buying framework from case-by-case decisions
  • Improve clarity and consistency in assortment definitions
  • Support long-term development of the Partner Store business
