Tasks

  • Acquire new enterprise clients across Eastern Europe
  • Focus primarily on the Polish market
  • Build a pipeline through self-prospecting and BDR collaboration
  • Develop territory plans to meet business goals
  • Manage full sales cycles from prospecting to closing
  • Negotiate contracts and finalize enterprise deals
  • Build ROI models and business cases for executives
  • Drive digital transformation conversations with senior leadership
  • Coordinate responses to RFPs and RFIs
  • Collaborate with Presales, Marketing, and Product teams
  • Represent the company at industry trade fairs and events
  • Conduct product demos and customer presentations
  • Track sales engagement consistently within the CRM
