Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or certification in Medical Technology, Life Sciences, or related scientific discipline
  • Biomedical Scientist background
  • Immunohematology education basics
  • 1-2 years experience in diagnostics customer service, technical support, applications, or related field
  • Experience in sales support and customer account management preferred
  • Strong understanding of diagnostic products and laboratory workflows
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities
  • Demonstrated project management capabilities
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
  • High customer focus and professionalism
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and computerized systems
  • Knowledge of GMP, ISO, and regulatory requirements
  • Fluent in English, French, and German
  • Willingness to travel extensively (up to 75%) and short-notice assignments

Tasks

  • Manage and develop customer accounts
  • Drive equipment sales in existing and competitor accounts
  • Prepare sales forecasts, commercial offers, and contract renewals
  • Support new customer onboarding
  • Act as primary liaison between customers and internal departments
  • Conduct technical reviews and workflow analyses
  • Support equipment and software upgrades
  • Collect and report customer data
  • Assist Sales Executives with presentations and business analysis
  • Provide technical troubleshooting and operational support
  • Deliver high-level technical and clinical discussions
  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction
  • Support hotline coverage and field-based assistance
  • Lead and coordinate customer projects
  • Develop and maintain project plans and timelines
  • Ensure effective communication between stakeholders
  • Participate in new product launches
  • Manage multiple high-priority projects
  • Support preparation and verification of documentation
  • Maintain accurate records and inventory
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and regulations
  • Adhere to organizational protocols and policies
  • Develop presentation skills
