- •Implement business plans to achieve strategic objectives
- •Identify sales growth opportunities with key accounts in the surgical field
- •Establish and maintain strong customer relationships
- •Participate in team projects to meet account and business objectives
- •Provide support and training to other sales professionals
- •Secure effective agreements within the surgical portfolio
- •Work independently to build a network of relationships
- •Drive adoption of surgical innovation solutions to meet sales targets
- •Influence partners through negotiation and presentations
