- Practical experience in software development or DevOps engineering
- Familiarity with local and cloud-based software deployment platforms and technologies, including Linux, Windows, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure
- Passion for technology and successful customer outcomes
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems and articulate solutions
- Proven ability to work in a team and share knowledge
- Can-do attitude and willingness to challenge the status quo
- Excellent presentation skills
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
Tasks
- Help prospective customers understand the Clean as You Code approach
- Drive technical aspects of pre-sales opportunities through presentations and demonstrations
- Support product evaluations for prospective customers
- Advise customers on aligning the Sonar solution with their deployment strategy
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for evaluating customers
- Ensure successful product adoption and growth post-purchase
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Support teams
- Educate existing customers on advanced product capabilities
- Provide technical enablement to channel partners
