Tasks
- Orchestrate pipeline generation and progression in Central Europe
- Develop and own the annual Sales Programs plan
- Translate business priorities into scalable programs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to run programs end-to-end
- Design program models with clear objectives and success criteria
- Operationalize programs for easy execution by sales teams
- Lead strategic sales initiatives for new logos and priority accounts
- Maintain pipeline transparency at territory and product-group levels
- Communicate insights and steer decisions based on data
- Analyze program performance and diagnose gaps
- Recommend and implement adjustments to programs
- Drive continuous improvement and share learnings
- Contribute to playbooks and templates for regional consistency
