Tasks
- Drive Adobe's Digital Media Enterprise Sales performance and strategy across Central
- Lead and develop front-line managers and their teams of Account Executives
- Define differentiated offerings and go-to-market strategies with executive leadership
- Achieve predictable and sustainable revenue growth by meeting targets
- Identify and accelerate revenue opportunities within key accounts
- Optimize daily sales activities to enhance revenue conversion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance commercial opportunities
- Partner with Solution Consulting, Customer Success, Marketing, and Global teams for execution
- Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and performance
- Provide insights on Central market trends, opportunities, and customer needs for regional and global strategy
