Requirements
- •Solid background in Defence sales, business development, or key account management
- •Previous working experience with customers in the Defence industry, industrial propulsion, combustion engine, or similar
- •Proven track record in customer acquisition, proposal preparation, and long-term client support
- •Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- •Solution and goal-orientation with a hands-on mentality
- •Willingness and ability to travel as required
- •Excellent skills in English, additional language is a plus

Tasks
- •Represent the Business Unit Combustion Engines to Defence customers
- •Identify and understand customer needs
- •Gather and structure relevant information
- •Coordinate internally to address customer expectations
- •Collaborate with the Defence Team to prepare quotations
- •Ensure competitive offers for customers
- •Contribute to customer-specific offer concepts
- •Align offers with market and localization requirements
- •Facilitate tender and bidding processes
- •Bring together internal specialists to shape solutions
- •Act as a key interface between customers and internal teams
- •Ensure smooth communication and mutual understanding
- •Support project progression
- •Serve as a liaison between customers and internal departments
- •Stay updated on market trends in the Defence sector
- •Guide sales strategy and identify new opportunities
