Requirements

  • •Degree in Electrical Engineering, Embedded Software Development, or similar qualification
  • •Several years of experience in control systems project management within automotive or off-road industry
  • •Very good knowledge of engine development processes and embedded software and hardware development
  • •Project management training or certification, with advanced skills in MS Project
  • •Strong communication and negotiation skills with confident leadership presence
  • •Analytical and solution-oriented mindset with flexibility and openness to change
  • •Fluency in English, additional languages are an asset

Bachelor's degree

Tasks

  • •Lead technical projects for electrical and electronic systems in Defence programs
  • •Drive continuous improvement and ensure collaboration with partners
  • •Develop system roadmaps based on component and function breakdowns
  • •Act as the interface for control systems deliverables between project managers and customers
  • •Represent control systems in project and customer meetings
  • •Report to project and line management
  • •Coordinate ECU adaptations based on Defence project requirements
  • •Oversee Defence-specific electronic and hardware adaptations
  • •Support the FRACAS process for issue resolution and improvement
  • •Serve as a stakeholder for Defence-specific HW/SW architecture
  • •Align with vehicle manufacturers and integrators on Defence-specific components
