Requirements
- •Degree in Electrical Engineering, Embedded Software Development, or similar qualification
- •Several years of experience in control systems project management within automotive or off-road industry
- •Very good knowledge of engine development processes and embedded software and hardware development
- •Project management training or certification, with advanced skills in MS Project
- •Strong communication and negotiation skills with confident leadership presence
- •Analytical and solution-oriented mindset with flexibility and openness to change
- •Fluency in English, additional languages are an asset

Tasks
- •Lead technical projects for electrical and electronic systems in Defence programs
- •Drive continuous improvement and ensure collaboration with partners
- •Develop system roadmaps based on component and function breakdowns
- •Act as the interface for control systems deliverables between project managers and customers
- •Represent control systems in project and customer meetings
- •Report to project and line management
- •Coordinate ECU adaptations based on Defence project requirements
- •Oversee Defence-specific electronic and hardware adaptations
- •Support the FRACAS process for issue resolution and improvement
- •Serve as a stakeholder for Defence-specific HW/SW architecture
- •Align with vehicle manufacturers and integrators on Defence-specific components
