Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • •Advanced knowledge in combustion engines, DVP&Nr methodology, troubleshooting, and problem-solving
  • •More than 5 years of experience in engine and hardware development
  • •Excellent command of English and good knowledge of French or German
  • •Excellent command of MS Office
  • •Analytical thinking, strong leadership skills, flexibility, resilience, cost and resource mindfulness

Education

Bachelor's degree
OR
Master's degree

Work Experience

Tasks

  • •Decide on technical content and timelines for new engine components
  • •Define technical specifications and key operating parameters for components
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technologies with project requirements
  • •Support FMEA processes and monitor internal and external engine test activities
  • •Engage with suppliers for technology surveys and component development
  • •Define maintenance requirements for the subsystem and report development status
  • •Create the master Design and Validation Plan for the subsystem
  • •Prepare technical releases for components under development
