- •Degree in Electrical Engineering, Embedded Software Development, or similar qualification
- •Years of experience in control systems project management
- •Very good knowledge of engine development and embedded systems
- •Project management training, certification, and MS Project skills
- •Strong communication, negotiation skills, and leadership presence
- •Analytical, solution-oriented mindset and flexibility
- •Fluency in English and additional languages

- •Drive continuous improvement and partner collaboration
- •Develop system roadmaps based on architecture
- •Manage control systems deliverables for customers

- •Coordinate ECU adaptations for defense requirements
- •Oversee defense-specific hardware and electronic adaptations
- •Support the FRACAS process for issue resolution
- •Align HW/SW architecture with vehicle integrators
- •Manage defense-specific E/E components as a stakeholder
